They've incorporated elements found in our Emerson 23 display, along with hand-picked selections of their own, to give you a special look that evokes that sought-after coastal calm.
For the exterior, weatherboards, large windows and a gabled roof line with contrasting trim continue to remain a mainstay of any home looking to evoke coastal, Hamptons charm. While inside the home, a mixture of fresh whites, soft greys and muted blues come together against natural toned flooring to provide a laid-back feeling to the space.
For their unique take on a coastal Hamptons palette, Kaela and Casey blended contemporary influences with old-world style. Inspired by natural sandstone, Adamina from Caesarstone’s Whitelight Collection blends 3 shades of sand to provide an earthy complexion to your benchtops and connect your space to the golden stretches of the Australian coastline. While the Cava Borghini Satin and Siena Bianco Satin from National Tiles recreate a classic marble look for the bathrooms and splashbacks, giving a nod to the understated luxury of traditional Hamptons homes.
When it comes to styling, don’t be afraid to experiment with layering natural fabrics and textures alongside earthy elements such as wood and stone. A textured, oversized rug uplifts a space, especially when paired against an upholstered ottoman in a vibrant blue. While nautical stripes on a natural fabric are a playful way to inject a hint of pattern and colour without diving too far off into the deep end.
